Visually, it has a ruby garnet color with good intensity and violet reflections. The aroma reveals restraint and complexity at first. It shows ripe fruit, plum, cherry and herbal notes.
Time in the glass brings earthy notes. The mouth is rich, textured, with tannins present, but tamed by clay. A lively acidity gives it fantastic balance and life. It finishes long and complex, tasty and lingering.
